Seasonal Fruit Update: Peaches and Nectarines
We are currently in our first year of transition to ORGANIC! Good for you, good for us!
Peaches! Peaches! Peaches! Our Improved Elberta, Hales, and Red Globe are ready! These peaches are freestone and great for canning. We pick them at their optimal time -- ripe to 2 days early so they are fully sweet and juicy. We have been canning our peaches in their own juice or with very little water, and about 1/3 cup sugar (or to taste) per quart. Stop by for a sample and take some home!
Ahh . . . Nectarines! We have a beautiful crop of Flavor Top, Red Gold and Fantasia Nectarines -- intensely flavored, sweet and juicy, they make a bright and colorful addition to your cereal bowl, fruit salad and lunch boxes. We love them baked up in our crisps and pies, and preserved in jam for those dreary winter days.
Peaches and nectarines are $25/box for #1 grade; $17/box for #2 grade. Boxes weigh between 22 - 25 pounds.

NEWS FLASH!! We deliver for volume orders to Seattle and Spokane and points along the route*. Talk to your neighbors, colleagues, friends and family for a combined order. Think smoothies, milkshakes, drying, canning, freezing, cobbler, pie, or just eating out of hand . . . yumm!!
*Minimum combined order for each trip is 30 boxes of #1 grade (or equivalent) per route.
